Sadly, you can't. I assume you're using the desktop app.
It can only download games through Itch's own platform. As far as I've been able to figure out the past year or so, it simply can't handle third-party downloads. Sadly, as VNs tend to be very graphics/video have, a lot of them just go over the limit Itch can handle.
All you can do is download from a regular browser and run the game directly from its folder, not using itch as a launcher.

If you're playing on PC, your saves are stored in appdata, so you won't lose them unintentionally. If you're on android, it's advised to back up your saves.
If you have problems in progressing, I suggest you to save before choice that led you to this bad end. Tomorrow there will be a public release of the 0.6 update and this bad end is easier to avoid there ^^

Good game, and I was doing fine until Shinigami, gave me a bad end, right after the second encounter with Sophie. After a dialogue with her, she teleports to the MC's room and two options appear, one disabled and a time bar, regardless of whether I click on the button or not, the result is the same. Death. I read in the comments below that you need to grow in love with the Shinigami, but I didn't have many choices to see if that would happen.
The girls' levels are:
Helen - 8/0
Liz - 7/2
Yui - 5/2
Sophie - 8/1
Shinigami - 1/Inf
Kate - 5/0
Don't know why she has lewd = 0, I completed the motel with no problems.
This scene is being reworked in the next update to be more forgiving.
But for now, to avoid the bad end you need either of the below: - Shini love 0: total corruption 16+ - Shini love 1: total corruption 10+ - Shini love 2: total corruption 0 AND pick 'Please stop.' - Shini love 3+

I started the game again and taking advantage of the possibility to skip the dialogues, I realized that choosing "I do..." instead of "Who are you...?" the first time we meeting Shinigami in the bathroom, and "...I love you" instead of "...you are beautful", after returning home with Liz, allowed me to choose "Please stop." on the screen shown before, and thus avoid my death. Although from what you commented maybe it wasn't necessary, because the Shinigami's love was at 3. The scene coninued however, the Shinigami's love dropped to 2. Anyway, I want to see more Sophie cosplaying Marie Rose, I love this character. Congratulations on the game, it's impeccable and I'm waiting for new updates.

1. I need more interactions between the MC and Ami fucking hell their banter is glorious. i love their mental and verbal conversations during sex and bloody hell just in general
2. When i first seen Kate i was like who the fuck is this and why is she here, after the end of the current update i was like OH FUCK YES!! and i totally agree with Ami, we need her in our harem.
3. i felt like a HUGE IDIOT when ami was first appeared cause i was like how the fuck did she come up with that name, then i finally seen it when i seen how it was the end of what she is and was OH FUCK how did i miss that.
4. I loved the cat fight between Liz and Helen towards the end that fantastic and i wanna see more of their banter with each other, watching those 2 trying to assert dominance like that was just awesome
5. Id like to see him be more creative with his powers, and to use them more. It did feel kinda let downish as he's supposed to be a pervert but aside from a few things here and there he really didnt do much with them. Maybe a power suggestion could be that since pheramones are released in sweat maybe he needs to figure out that when he's nervious to make his sweat smell more arousing to the girls and make them go into heat, cause if they suddenly become all hot an bothered/love struck then they wont be able to sink their teeth into his ass as much.
6. He needs to start using his powers more in general, he has the powers to read minds, increase pleasure through touch and shigigami only knows what else, yes that pun was intended =). i only say this cause if he truly wants a harem then he's going to have to "man the fuck up" and stop being so reactive and become a more proactive kinda person, now given his previous life and experience his current mentality and ways of doing things have been what i would expect to some degree. but im really hoping to see some character progression out of him in the later releases
7. I liked how the sex scenes allowed for different angles and PoV's so that way (we the players) could enjoy which ever angles we enjoyed the most

Could we get some kinda on screen indicator for what our actions do to affect love/corup if i was to be honest i found that part of the GUI to be some what burdensome mainly cause i had to constantly bet hitting the arrow key in the later stages of the game to see what my choices affected. Lots of games use a phone but i wouldnt want to see that in this as i dont think it would fit as well since this has a more paranormal feel to it. maybe shrink down the sizes of the pictures so that they can all fit on just one page? our possibly have the screen flash Light blue for love choices and redish/pinkish for corruption choices? maybe have him use his powers in his eyes so that he can see their love/corup numbers above the girls heads activated by using the middle mouse button? so that way it wouldnt be on ALL the time and break the immersion but would still give us quick access to the important info we need kinda thing? sorry i dont have better ideas as im just spit balling here.
9. and finally the last thing i'll say, im sorry so truly sorry i have no money and the only thing i can offer you is what i feel is constructive feedback about how i played your game an the things i liked and didnt like about it. thank you for putting it out here for free for us poorer people of the internet to enjoy

I'm having issues installing on android like I'm able to download the game but when I open the file to install after staging the app the installation just stops saying its failed. I've tried reinstalling the game about 3 times but each time it fails is there any way to fix this because I really wanna try this game thanks
There are problems with the latest versions, if you can't play it on PC, then sadly I don't have a solution for you. The only solution that helped some people is rebooting the phone.

yeah I've managed to download it on my phone now :) resetting my phone somehow freed up about 8gb of space probably in caches and useless data
